Generally speaking, pop-up rotors will be used for grass areas while pop-up shrub heads, drip emitters and micro-sprays will be used for non-grass planting areas.  The controller will be selected based on number of zones and location (indoor/outdoor)

Proper installation increases system performance and plant growth while conserving water.  We have Rain Sensors to temporarily suspend controller operation during and after a rainfall.  We also offer MP Rotator Nozzles designed to save about 30% of water volume as opposed to that used with standard watering cycles.  Whenever we do an installation we use the least invasive methods available.  For you, this means smaller, well-compacted, trenches and a neater finished product.

Warranty:

We automatically include a 2 year warranty on parts and labor with each of our systems.

If option for freeze wrap is not taken then freeze protection is excluded.

Irrigation systems should be run year long.  During the dormant/cold season we recommend you run your system once a week for at least 30% of the normal daily run time.  You void your warranty if you do not follow this recommendation.

Trees and shrubs can add immediate value to your property, but just throwing up a few trees or shrubs without a plan can actually be distracting.  Put plenty of thought into your plan and maybe even make a sketch of your ideas, because you are making an investment for the future.  Flowers look great framed with larger plants as a backdrop.  Get those bigger plants established, then use the flowers for the finishing touch.

•  Do you have enough space for that tree when it reaches maturity? How about the shrubs?

Palmetto is a native St. Augustine cultivar selected for better color and finer texture. Palmetto St. Augustine demonstrates superior shade, cold, frost, heat and drought tolerance. This versatile turfgrass is used across the southern United States from the Carolinas to California under a wide range of climate and soil conditions making it the ideal choice for residential and commercial use.

Palmetto is rapidly becoming accepted as a landscaping standard as it has been used in thousands of lawns since 1994.  Please note that like all turfgrass, Palmetto St. Augustine is a living plant, not a miracle grass.  When properly maintained, however, Palmetto St. Augustine will deliver years of an aesthetically pleasing and functional lawn. 

The fact is Common Centipede has weaker growth characteristics than TifBlair Certified Centipede, particularly in less than ideal soils and colder climates.  Certified TifBlair is the product of over 25 years of genetic engineering by the University of Georgia Coastal Plains Experiment Station specifically designed to overcome these problems.

Research has shown, TifBlair has exceptional cold tolerance, increased fall color retention, and develops a deep rooting system even in poor growing condition.  Additionally, TifBlair can only be sold by a select group of licensed Certified producers in each state.

Tifway 419 is a dense, fine textured, hybrid Bermuda grass.  This warm season turf grass requires full sun, and has a good heat tolerance, wear resistance and will recover quickly if damaged.  Although Tifway 419 is an excellent choice for home lawns in northern part of the transition zone between cool and warm season grasses, it is primarily used on golf courses, sport fields, and commercial sites.

Zeon zoysia is truly, “Barefoot Grass”. 

This fine-textured progeny came from selections collected by USDA research geneticist Jack Murray in Kobe, Japan.  Zeon was developed for the purpose of providing the turfgrass industry with a user friendly, superior fine-bladed zoysia with increased
shade tolerance, low incidence of thatch production and an accelerated rate of spread.

Although Zeon has become the number one choice for zoysiagrass golf course fairways, it has also established itself within landscape construction circles as a much sought after premium home lawn selection.  This is due to its extremely low maintenance and fertility requirements.  Zeon can be easily maintained using any standard rotary type lawnmower.
